4.1 We may work with third parties, for example, business partners, sub-contractors for technical services, advertising networks, analytics providers and search information providers. If we receive information about you from them, we will always seek assurances that they are providing information to us in accordance with data protection laws and that they are transparent with you that they may share your data with us. 7. What Are Our Security Standards?

game developers, authorized distributors (e.g. Xsolla), affiliates;

LTG will retain a list of the third parties with whom data is shared, which will be available upon request.

9. How Long Do We Store Your Data?

9.1 We store personal data for as long as required to achieve the purposes of their processing, but anyway no more than five years after that in anonymous form in order to combat fraud and for reporting purposes. For example, if you create an account at our Services we will store the personal information associated with your account for as long as needed to maintain your account, provide the Services you requested, enforce any applicable terms that govern your use of the our Services, and maintain appropriate records to reflect our delivery of the Services to you. We periodically review the personal information we retain to determine whether continued storage is proper. 11. What Are Your California Privacy Rights?

11.1 Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California Civil Code Section 1798.100 you may contact us with regard to the following rights in relation to your personal data:

Right of Access: You have a right to request access to the personal data we may hold on you for the past twelve (12) months. You may submit up to two (2) requests per year of access to your personal data.

Right to Opt-In/Opt-Out of Sale of Personal Data: For individuals sixteen (16) years or older, you have the right to opt-out of sale of personal data we may hold on you.

Right to Deletion: You also have the right to ask us to delete personal data we may hold on you or restrict how it is used. There may be exceptions to the right to deletion for specific legal reasons which, if applicable, we will set out for you in response to your request.

Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your California Consumer Privacy Act rights.

If you are a California resident, we will deal with requests for access to your personal data within forty-five (45) days for California-specific requests. If GDPR applies to you we will deal with your request within 30 days from the date when such request is received. We will notify you if we need some more time to proceed with your request.

11.3 To help us respond as you expect, please specify that you are making a request under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity.

11.4 Please, be informed that we do not sell any personal information under the means of California Consumer Privacy Act.

12. International Data Transfers

12.1 LTG is based in the United States, and we process and store information on servers located in the United States. We may store information on servers and equipment in other countries depending on a variety of factors, including the locations of our users and service providers.

12.2 When we transfer the personal data of users from the EEA, UK and/or Switzerland, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum approved by the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK, for such transfers or other transfer mechanisms deemed ‘adequate’ under applicable laws. 13. Children’s Privacy

13.1 We do not knowingly collect or sell personal information from children who are under the age of 13 (or the age otherwise defined under applicable law) without parental consent or unless permitted by applicable law.  If we become aware that personal information has been collected through our Services from a child under the applicable age, we will delete that information and any account associated with that user.  If you believe we have collected information from a child under the applicable age, please contact us at support@longtalegames.com.

In general, children may access the Service only if we have obtained prior verifiable parental consent from their parent or guardian in compliance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule and other applicable data protection and security laws. If you are a parent or guardian, please discuss this Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and End User License Agreement with your children so that they will better understand how to deal with us, the information they may be asked to provide when purchasing the software, physical goods and when they otherwise use the Services. Please note that parents and guardians are responsible for the acts of children under the age of majority using our Services.

14. Response Processing

We will try to promptly process your request regarding data privacy in the following manner:

14.1. In order to proceed with your request we will ask to verify your identity by a proof of your previous payment to us or from your payment system account or by email, which is linked to your previous payment in our system, by providing an ID or by other means within the applicable law. If we receive the request from your authorized agent, we may ask such an authorized agent to verify the authenticity and validity of the request as it is provided by the applicable law:

- To provide signed permission confirming the authority of the agent;

- To confirm the user's identity or provide Power of Attorney when applicable.

14.2. After the verification of your identity we will provide you with information on the action taken on a request without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of receipt of the request.

14.3. In case your erasure request to delete the information, we will not inform you about the result as we will remove your personal info including the original email.

14.4. Please note that in some exceptional cases we may suggest you send a request to a data processor directly due to instructions and agreements between such data processor and LTG.

14.5. If your response is considerably complex, or we have received a number of various requests from you at once, the above stated timeframe of answering to your request may be extended up to 2 months. We will directly notify you about such an extension before the due date of the response in the same manner as the request did.
Please note the response might be considered as a complex one upon the specific circumstances of that certain response. For example, if data is already electronically archived, or we need to clarify potential issues around disclosing information about a child to a legal guardian, or obtain specialist legal advice.

14.6. In exceptional cases, we may charge you a reasonable fee for the administrative costs of request processing when the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive or the request is unreasonably duplicative.

14.7.We keep records about privacy requests for no more than 24 months and up to 5 years due to applicable legislation (except the erasure requests) in order to comply with certain requirements.

18.1. If LTG provides a translated version of this Privacy Policy it is for informational purposes only. If the translated version means something different than the English version, then the English meaning will prevail.
